The Jen Kovacs Burkett Project is a private sector public health company that specializes in violence prevention, advocacy, child abuse education and prevention, and mental health education. But you can call us "The JKB Project" for short. Actually, we insist on it.
It's simple. We want to restore safety, love, and community to spaces impacted by interpersonal violence through evidence-based health promotion interventions.
Anyone. And everyone. Our services are designed to provide multiple levels of prevention and intervention, depending on the individual or group’s needs.
We have the following services for individual survivors of interpersonal violence: reporting option consultation, external Title IX case review, criminal and civil legal partnerships, and more. All survivor services are free and only seek to restore safety to a survivor’s definition of community. Set up a free consultation with Jen today by emailing jen@thejkbproject.com.
For groups, we offer: keynote speaking, lecture style educational programming, small and large work-shops, needs assessment, risk identification, consultation, and recommendations. Set up a free consultation with Jen today by emailing jen@thejkbproject.com
